Be productive during your free time
With a lot of us flitting about through our “crazy” schedules, free time feels like a rarity. However, we actually have free time scattered throughout our day; we are often just too distracted to notice that we are wasting these. That’s why we here at Total Fitness want to give you a few pointers on how to make use of these moments wisely:
INBOX/FEED CLEANING OPERATION
In between meetings and have nothing to do? Clear out your email/inbox. Even if you can’t manage to empty it, just reducing the amount can be a lot of help. While you’re at it, start going through your RSS feeds, too, and clear them out.
After emptying your inbox, you should put away the junk taking up space on your desk and on the floor around you. Put everything in its place and throw away the junk.
