Candy mints and gums are good, but there are also some all-natural stuff you can munch on to combat bad breath. The texture of apples helps in removing plaque from your teeth while the juice provides the necessary moisture your mouth needs to eliminate bacteria that causes bad breath. Parsley, on the other hand, is high in chlorophyll, which detoxifies and acts like a natural mouthwash, leaving behind a pleasant aroma.
FOR OFFENSIVE BODY ODOR
While sweating is normal, an accompanying unpleasant smell from your body is not. Too much consumption of red meat, garlic, and onions is to be blamed as these release toxins from the digestive tract into the bloodstream, resulting in a strong body odor.
